Located in the center of Glacier National Park in Montana, Grinnell is one of the most photographed glaciers in the park. Over the years, Grinnell has been slowly decreasing in size, but it remains a natural landmark that should be experienced. To reach the glacier, travelers set off from the trailhead at Swiftcurrent Lake and hike 6 miles to the base.
