　　Bringing European dining to the heart of the city, Roma brings the essence of modern bistronomy (a portmanteau of bistro and gastronomy). The restaurant offers a menu that celebrates fresh seafood, handmade pasta, and artisanal bread. Dhar’s menu showcases his passion for rich and comforting flavours that are full of character. 　　Some signature dishes from their menu include avocado pâté (mashed avocado, cilantro, and tomato relish), coconut fry prawns (spice-rubbed prawns coated in roasted coconut, served with white garlic chutney), and tamarind chicken (fried chicken tossed in a tangy tamarind sauce with roasted cashews).

　　Two other preparations that one must try are the brie and berry toast, which combines baked brie with seasonal macerated berries, and the butternut squash ravioli, which features handmade pasta filled with butternut squash and served with thyme sauce and pickled chilli.

　　The restaurant is designed by Chromed Designs and features elements that draw inspiration from Rome’s iconic streets, ancient structure, and contemporary European minimalism.

　　Deep blues, warm golds, and earth tones create an effortlessly chic and inviting ambience that spans across 9,000 sq. ft. The contrast between modern sleekness and rustic charm of the ambience encapsulated Rome’s ability to evolve while staying true to its roots.

　　The exterior evokes the romance of Trastevere and Villa Doria Pamphili, with cascading floral arrangements and textured stone walls, while a serene water body takes inspiration from the Trevi Fountain.
