　　While there's been a market here since the 18th century, the current iron-framed covered market dates to 1891. Stalls sell everything from fresh fish to mobile-phone covers, and there's fresh bread, cheese, cold meats, barbecued chicken and Welsh cakes for a picnic in Bute Park. Vinyl fans should head upstairs to Kelly's Records (open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday).
