A California transplant opened this immediately popular Dominican version of Chipotle, and they're now discussing plans to expand to new locations in the DR. Gordito's goes beyond burritos, though, offering things like chicken yucatan (honey buttermilk marinated chicken with corn sauce, melted cheese, avocado and salsa), along with fish tacos and empanadas. The margaritas are great too.
