In the former home of the Gutiérrez Jiménez family, completed in 1920, this museum has four rooms with displays covering regional history. The first is dedicated to former president and cruceño Gabriel René Moreno, and there are further rooms containing displays on pre-Columbian history in Chiquitano, the Jesuit missions and the masks used in local festivals. All displays are in Spanish.
