Opened in 1971, this famous hawker centre still has a great, at times smoky, atmosphere and you could eat here for a whole year and never get bored. It was featured in the 2018 blockbuster movie Crazy Rich Asians. Well-known stalls include Alliance seafood (01-27), Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette (01-73) and Kwee Heng (01-13). Touts can be overly eager, but just ignore them.
